Yvonne is an amazing agent and property manager
Yvonne have been very communicative and helped me with the property purchase of 54 jacaranda dr , millstream . She has been very very helpful , I bought the property online as I could not travel due to currentrestrictions . She did video walk in and she went above and beyond . I would recommend her as an real estate agent to my family , friends and community of my network . I come from singapore and I have family now looking to move to.far north Queensland and I already said we have fantastic real estate agent who goes above and beyond to help . She put in a lot of work and I also ask her to manage the property and she has been good with that and I trust Yvonne and rely alot as I'm not in Queensland . Cut the long story short she is an amazing agent and manager .

We had a very pleasant real estate experience purchasing a property in Herberton mid year.
Yvonne was very friendly, approachable and professional in her role as real estate agent for Adastra Homes. Her manner is relaxed, authentic and unassuming and I immediately felt at ease upon our first meeting and inspection of the property and on follow up meetings. A really good agent
I met Yvonne at an open home, and asked if she would be interested in selling my house. I have bought and sold a few places over the years and Yvonne would have to be the best agent I have dealt with. To top it off she had my house sold really fast and got the price negotiated back up to my asking price. She also communicated clearly thru the sometimes stressful stage of going from offer to contract. All in all the nicest agent I have ever met.

Yvonne is dedicated
Once Yvonne takes on your home sale, she sticks to it until she achieves a result. She is always very positive and cheerful and follows up with those buyers that are potentially interested in your property but as yet has not made a decision. Yvonne is always well-presented and reliable in replying to your emails and phone calls as well as keeping in contact with you. Highly recommend Yvonne van den Oudenhoven.

House Sale and Rental Property Management
Yvonne managed the rental of my house for several years before it was sold. The tenants which she selected paid rent on time and looked after the property. Yvonne performed regular inspections and kept me informed about any maintenance requirements. Yvonne negotiated the purchase price with the person who bought the house and provided all necessary information and documents promptly. I am happy to recommend Yvonne as an agent to market a property or to manage a rental property.
