Buying in a tight market
I didn’t expect buying in this current market could be so easy! Went to the first open and wanted to have a second look. Clint and the vendors were generous enough to show us through again on Mother’s Day. I asked a million questions and nothing was ever to much trouble. The whole process from offer to settlement was very straight forward. Would highly recommend Clint from Adelaide Hills Real Estate.

Clint was very helpful from the moment we contacted him.
Clint was very helpful and had potential buyers lined up before we even signed the contract. We transferred our property management to AHRE as well which made the property sale seamless. Clint achieved a great result with the sale price only a few thousand below the CMA despite 2 interest rate rises. Very happy with Clint's professionalism and end sale price. Clint kept us informed and made suggestions along the way. We sold within 2 weeks and saved before having to list on major real estate websites. We would definitely recommend Clint as a selling agent.

A stress free sale of our home
