It is not often you use the terms excellent and ten out of ten but my recent experience with Adelaide Hills Real Estate and the principal Bill Ferber justifies their use. From my first visit to their office in Mount Barker to the settlement date there was never a time that I thought that I was not getting the best possible attention and care from this agency and the terms of sale and price met my expectations. The principal, Bill Ferber was excellent to deal with, he understands his area market very well, he is committed to ensuring he understands and provides the best possible service and I would give him the highest recommendation from my experience.

We found our home the first night it appeared on Realestate.com. I rang Bill first thing the next morning and he had us looking the next day. We requested a second viewing on the next day(Sunday), we put an offer that evening and came to an agreement on the Monday. Bill was always courteous, very knowledgeable about the property and area and as we are relocating from NSW he was able to offer advice on conveyancing and building inspections etc. Thoroughly professional but also very pleasant and personable.

Throughout the entire process of putting in an offer on the property, to presenting the offer to the Vendor, to receiving the great news that our offer had been accepted, Clint kept my wife and I in the loop at all times and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Clint is not the typical type of real estate you meet as many of them are like used car salesman. Clint was genuine and accommodating at all times and my wife and I would not hesitate at all at any stage in the future to sell or buy through him.

Clint was unreal start to finish, nothing was ever to hard and was always available to discuss how things were progressing etc, Jess was heavily pregnant and he assisted us in getting a longer settlement so that it made it that little bit easier on us to find a new place for our growing family, we got an exceptional price for the property and truely believe it was from all his work behind the scenes to get the result that we were happy with, couldn’t rate him more highly and if we were to sell or buy again we wouldn’t hesitate to use Clint again!
