I had known Namir for many years before I trusted him with the sale of the house my daughter and I owned together. After almost 30 years in the home, preparing it for sale felt like a big task. Namir was there throughout the process, making sure I stayed focused and did not go overboard with the preparation. Once the campaign started, Namir and Terri kept me updated every step of the way. After every open home, Namir called with feedback and market information. Sometimes it was not what I wanted to hear, but I appreciated his honesty. Everything was backed by real data, which helped me understand where the market really sat. A couple of weeks into the campaign, world events created uncertainty and I began to worry about how that might affect the sale.
