Over the past 5 years I have paid very close attention to the real estate market in Marrickville and surrounding suburbs including attending a multitude of inspections and auctions. What drew us to use Adrian and William was the strong prices they produced which we felt were always ahead of the pack. They had previously worked for competing companies and we were torn on which to go with and were very excited when we heard that they joined forces to create their own brand. Wow, Wow, Wow... I went with my gut instinct and it paid off! I am still in shock over the quick sale of our home (sold after 1st inspection!) in such uncertain times.
