Having purchased and sold several properties throughout VIC, when it came time to sell my Chelsea beach-house, I knew who to call! From wo-to-go the Everywhere Real Estate team and especially Archi made the process simple. Despite a few nerve racking moments leading up to the Auction and a few "low ball' offers, Archi was persistent and assured me that he will find "the perfect buyer" Fast forward a week prior to Auction, Arch had an offer for me ready to sign with not only higher than what I was asking, but also with my favorite number (8) in the mix for good measure. Do yourself a favor, better call Arch!

You get what you pay for. This isn’t the first time I’ve sold a property, but it is the first time I’ve dealt with Archi and Everywhere Real Estate. My past experiences with the other agents had been good, but it’s hard to look pass the fact that the market was red hot at the times I sold my other homes. Now with this so-called cooler market, I needed an experienced agent who has dealt with rising interest rates and negative media reports on falling markets. I met and interviewed a few agents when I decided to sell this property and the feedback from them was the same. Rising interest rates resulting in less demand, longer days on market and a price lower than I expected when I started building this property. Archi came highly recommended by a friend who used his services to sell a home a few months prior. The moment I met Archi, I could see the point of difference was his knowledge. What he said about the media reports, rising interest rates and the current conditions in our property market made sense even though it was completely different to what the other agents were saying. He said that the others wouldn’t know how to deal with rising interest rates because they’ve never experienced a rate rise in their entire career, which is something I had never even thought about up until that point. I was at critical point and needed to achieve a certain price within a certain timeframe. Long story short, I achieve everything I needed and more in what the other agents were saying was a falling market.

Amazing auction. Archi and his team are amazing. we decided to auction our house with Archi because we saw the great results he got homes in our area. He hold the auction on Wednesday night inside the kitchen with the buyers. It was a long auction but he make sure we got everything from the buyers and the final sale price was excellent for us. Thank you to Archi and the entire team for all your hard work. Will always recommend you to all our family and friends.

Buying a property can be very daunting and stressful, but dealing with Archi and his team made things easy. From the day I first inspected the property, to auction day, to the last-minute hurdles before settlement, Archi was helpful, reliable and on the ball. Next time I'm in the market (though it won't be for some time because I love my new home!) I'll definitely be in touch with Archi and his team.
