Mum became unwell and needed nursing home care. We found her a placement and she was moved to her new residence in early April . Roslyn listed mums property the next day. She was aware of our circumstances and knew we needed a quick , fair sale in order to make the required payment to the nursing home. She showed the property to a few buyers and presented us an offer in June ! As the market in Bunbury is reasonably slow at the moment , we were relieved to receive an offer so soon and for a very acceptable amount. We signed the offer and the property settled in early July ! I have bought and sold houses several times with Roslyn. Her knowledge of the market and realistic valuation of houses is excellent. But I think her biggest asset is her ability to gain results without being pushy ... she has a calm professionalism that has earn't her the reputation other agents would love to have ! Roslyn has sold two properties for us. We have had other agents try and we have had no results. When Roslyn took us on she sold both of our properties within a year that we have tried to sell for a long time. She is passionate and loves her job. She is amazing at communication.
