Roslyn proved to be a very good agent to deal through in what was a fairly difficult, challenging and deteriorating market. She was knowledgeable on all aspects of the market and worked tirelessly over an extended marketing period, changing the strategy to try and find that one committed buyer needed. The only area suggested for improvement centred on the need for greater focus on ensuring home open days and times were correct at all times. There were several occasions over 12 months when either internet listings or visual display signs on the lawn for day and/or open times were incorrect or mistakenly swapped with another property for sale in the same locality. Although rectified when highlighted, there was potential for confusion amongst buyers and was a source of unnecessary frustration for the seller.
