Michael knew his market, was down to earth, did not make promises he could not keep, he LISTENED to and accomodated our needs and most importantly he delivered a great result in a timely manner. His colleague Ash, was brilliant too! We highly recommend them.

An Honest Agent is Hard to Find
I chose Daniel for his honesty and he proved he was throughout the sales period. I had 5 agents appraise my property and all the others were trying to push me into auction, which I didn't want. Some were also advocating underquoting the price which is illegal. Daniel recommended sale by set date and he quoted the most accurate price for which the house could be expected to sell. With a well organised sales campaign Daniel secured a generous offer just 10 days after the house was advertised and it sold before the set date. Daniel is calm, informative and an efficient communicator. It was a total pleasure to have him as my agent.

Professional / Flexible / Honest
Micheal, Ashley (his assistant) and team guided us with honesty and integrity throughout the whole process. His calm, positive & confident approach from the start was very re-assuring inspiring both confidence and certainty in his professional abilities. In addition, the availability of his team in answering any queries when required was also very helpful. Finally, his recommendations for a handyman / cleaner & conveyancer were spot on.
