After six months with a previous agent, we were understandably frustrated when we came to Teresa. What a difference. She sold our apartment quickly and at a price we were genuinely happy with. Teresa was professional, communicative, and clearly knew her market. She set realistic expectations, marketed the property well, and kept us informed every single step of the way. Looking back, it's hard not to wonder why we didn't start with her. If you want an agent who actually gets results, look no further. Highly recommend and we will start with Teresa in the future!

Michael and his team were such a pleasure to deal with. I had approached him to sell my house because I had previously dealt with him as a buyer, and I was so impressed with his professionalism and transparency that time. He very much lived up to expectation in terms of being clear and upfront about what would be required for the campaign, being ambitious while remaining realistic, providing me with all the information and updates I required, and being really helpful and open in terms of assisting me with making key decisions. I never felt pressured, rushed nor ill-informed, and instead I felt supported and encouraged for the whole campaign. There were some massive market upheavals during the selling process and Michael and this team were great at letting me know how to navigate that, especially in terms of what offers to take seriously. I'm really pleased with the outcome and I'll gladly approach Michael and co again for next time I need to buy and/or sell. Special mention to Ashley who also went above and beyond.
