Excellent buying experience

Michael made the proccess of buying our first home super easy
From meeting Michael at the initial inspection he has always been professional and courteous. My partner and I had a lot of questions about the house and market information as it was our first home, and Michael answered every question without hesitation and was very informative which made us feel at ease. From the inspection to the official sale of the house, Michael was always in constant contact with us and giving us continous updates. I vividly remember we saw the house on a Saturday, put an offer in on the following Tuesday and had been told be got the house on the Thursday. During that 5 day period, Michael had been in constant communication with us and was able to help us with anything we needed. Michael was very transparent and honest in his approach which made my partner and I very comfortable. We'd like to thank Michael for his help and services and we know for a fact whenever we do deicde to sell our house he'll be the first person we contact, without a doubt.

Professional and excellent service
Michael was extremely pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me to prepare the property for sale. He was always available if I had any questions, his assistance was invaluable to me as I was interstate throughout most of the transaction. He achieved an excellent price for the property within 4 days of going to market. I would highly recommend Michael if you are looking to sell a property in the Frankston area.

Professional advise and thoughtful service
I have a pleasant house selling experience which was followed up and managed by Daniel from beginning to the end that lasted almost 6 months. Daniel engaged with me while I expressed my intension to sell the property and waited patiently until I was fully ready. Andrew is friendly, honest and well informed on local real estate. I absolutely recommend him.
