Dads house
As my father is now on his own he has decided to downsize and move closer to my brothers and I. We enlisted Lou Colella to sell dads place and he was not only great at getting my dad a great price on his property but shared heaps of knowledge and advice to find his new home. I have already recommended Lou to friends but also one of my brothers who sold his family home with Lou.

Excellent agent in Seaford
Andrew is very knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to the Seaford market. He was honest and up front throughout the process of selling our house and initially provided us a realistic figure of what we could expect as a sale price. He sold our house quickly, which was a priority for us. He was reliable, punctual and professional for all of our meetings and opens.

Fantastic service
From the moment Sue answered our text late on a Sunday afternoon to showing us our new home on a public holiday, to the moment our approval came through Sue has been fantastic to work with.
