I recently purchased my first-home through Michelle & Jon. I had been searching for a place to call my own for over 6 months. Unfortunately; I had not had very positive experiences from other realtors from a buyers perspective, and them came across an advertisement for Michelle and Jon- though this had been intended for prospective vendors. I sent a message to explain my story and to see if they could help with finding me that place i had long been searching for, with the impression left by other agents. There was an expectation/impression that I would not receive a response for my request. To my surprise and delight- Michelle and Jon responded to my message. They were keen to understand my needs, and what I am looking for in a property- the first interaction with Michelle and Jon left me feeling elated, as a buyer for the first time in 6 months I was genuinely made to feel like they actually wanted to help! An offer was made and now the rest is history, i am about to settle on my first home. I strongly believe had I not reached out to Michelle and Jon, I would still be on the hunt.
