We have had the pleasure of both buying and selling through Derek Lea. In both instances we found Derek to be honest and principled. His communication with us as a buyer and vendor was excellent and he always provided us with information in a timely manner. Over the years we have sold numerous properties with other agents who left us feeling pressured to take on first offers, despite being lower than their recommendation, at no time did we feel this with Derek. During our campaign we had no doubt Derek was working to achieve a great outcome for us and he was prepared to put in the hard yards to achieve this.
