When Andrew first visited my home, he made it very clear that his job was to get the most out of the property so I would get the best price in the current market. He didn't try to sell himself, rather he talked about how I could make the most out of my sale, what the current market looked like and where my property would compare to recent sales. He gave great guidance on setting up the home, and what I needed to do to present the property and from there the marketing plan was simple and effective. In the space of 3 weeks the house sold for a record price for the suburb. Thanks to Andrew's clear guidance, simple selling philosophy, the eView network and no doubt a lot of behind the scene "buyer management". I highly recommend Andrew and his team.

Derek was recommended to us and we're so happy that he was! We found Derek to be highly professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable & offered great advise to help with our sale. You can't fault Dereks communication skills, he always kept us in the loop. We were very proud of the renovation we completed on our home & were blown away by the photographs & advertising materials produced for our property. It was not the easiest of sales, due to a very awkward buyer & also our very short settlement date on our new home, but Derek remained professional at all times and worked his magic getting the sale over the line right on time!
