The process of selling your house can be quite daunting and stressful, and to be quite honest, I was dreading it. I have bought and sold quite a few times in the past and have even worked in the real estate industry myself, so I have been exposed to the good, the bad, and the ugly. After interviewing four local estate agents, we decided to list with Daniel. I made a joke that he was the 'least annoying' of all the candidates. Well, there is some truth to that! In fact Daniel is very easy to get along with. He has a way of getting the job done smoothly. Sure, I still had to present the house in a clean and tidy manner, but Daniel kept the impact of the sales process on my family to a minimum by not asking for unscheduled inspections unless absolutely necessary. He also did not bother us with low verbal offers, or non constructive buyer feedback on our property. He remembered the names of not only our two dogs, but our cat and even our two rabbits! We felt that Daniel had our best interest in mind during the whole sales campaign and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We used Michael McClure for the sale of our first house recently and would highly recommend him to anyone. As this was our first house sale, Michael was faced with many questions and queries from us - all of which he answered thoroughly and effectively which helped put our mind at ease and feel secure in the process. His communication skills are excellent, which is what led us to use him for the sale. We sold our house within one week of being on the market. Michael held 2 open for inspections and had 66 groups through, which meant 66 follow up calls! He worked extremely hard and we were incredibly happy with the result. Not only a great agent, but also a great bloke. Anyone that uses him will not be disappointed.

With so much information being able to be resourced by electronic media with regards to selling or buying a home. It is more important than ever to have the right real estate agent to help you find your way through all this, Although we had a quick sale ( 11 days on the market ) I believe Badiha was the right person to get the sale of our home over the line. We sold our house recently, but I originally contacted Michael nearly a year ago (after numerous recommendations from other people) when we were originally going to sell, this didn't happen but Michael has stayed in contact since then and be very helpful when any questions we have had.
