Repeat Customers
We have now used Badiha on three occasions to sell our properties and will not only consider her services in the future but will recommend her to others. Other agents in our area can fall into two categories, agents who claim to be high performers, but fail to answer phone and email enquiries... or agents who provide a strong sales pitch to convince sellers to accept a low price so they can brag about how quickly they sell homes. We feel that Badiha has represented us well in negotiations and has achieved very good results for us.

Buying a Property
Badiha has been helped us purchase several properties. The first one was a townhouse in Frankston South which I was buying for my daughter in Sydney. I rang with a description of what I required - modern, large and new. Badiha had the perfect purchase and my family are happily living in it now. We also bought a lovely property in Frankston South on 2/3 acre which was a good investment and easily sold again when we needed to capitalize. Our recent purchase at 1 Kirkstall was exactly what we wanted and Badiha knew that we would be impressed as we are very particular about the quality of home we require. She went the extra mile to ensure that a tennis court be built on our property as there are some strict restrictions. I have found Badiha to be very caring of people and helpful and not too pushy when buying which is what people require when making these difficult decisions. Sharon Koning
