I found Maryann extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Maryann was willing to do more than was required of her to help in the sale of the house. Here is an example: I was inspecting the house on grand final day last year and found that the window in the laundry had fallen out and smashed. i was unable to organise a window repairer I rang Maryann and she took on the task of organising the repair. Given the circumstance I found myself in I was so grateful that Maryann took on the task. I would certainly recommend Maryann to my friends for future work.
