We recently purchased our dream beach house through Explore Property Mackay and were very fortunate to engage the services of Trevor Camilleri as our agent. We credit Trevor with ensuring that our experience was conducted smoothly in a stress free and carefully organised manner. Trevor was totally professional and proactive with excellent market knowledge. He was always available for questions and advice, providing accurate and detailed information and being transparent if he wasn't sure of something while making inquiries to find the answer promptly. Trevor was happy to travel well over an hour each way to meet us at the property each time we asked to inspect it. He allowed plenty of time for us to discuss things with the previous owners, to wander round on our own, and for him to explain details and answer questions. Trevor was respectful of the previous owners and would consult them with any questions or negotiations we had, never assuming anything but getting back to us with a direct answer. We also felt he had a genuine interest in supporting us in achieving our goals and ensuring we were happy and satisfied each step along the way. Thank you sincerely Trevor for an exciting, trouble free and very positive experience!

Stacy works for the buyer as much as she does the seller. Always available to answer questions throughout the process.

Ben was amazing. We were kept up to date regularly, even after hours. He got the price we wanted too. His colleague, Nic Tate was equally amazing! A very professional team.

Ben was upfront with our buying experience and gave us all the information we needed to help the process. He was quick to respond to calls and texts. I found Ben to be professional and fair as he informed us of the processes involved in our multi offer scenario.

Real Estate often refer to the 3 P's presentation, price and position. Selling our home with Stacey within 5 days was 3 E's exceptional, effort and experience. Stacey kept us informed of every step and was so free and friendly to communicate with which is such a positive when under the stress of selling our home. Stacey's experienced knowledge of the housing market was evident and proved to be accurate. We would highly recommend Stacey to market and sell your home. Add the 3 p's to the 3 e's and you have a winning formula. Jo & Bob O'Brien say thank you Stacey it was a delight to work with you.

Luke was absolutely amazing. He put a lot of thought, effort and care into his role of selling the property for me. This was particularly appreciated because I do not live in the location that was my property was in. And even though my property was not worth a lot of money, that did not seem to matter to Luke. I appreciated his honesty and genuineness also. I recommend Luke to anyone selling a property in Mackay and surrounds.

I found it frustrating that when purchasing a property through Stacy recently, a lot of my concerns about the house were dismissed, it was very obvious that Stacy was working for the seller and not the purchaser. Being a first home buyer and living in another state the process was made a lot harder than I had imagined. The inspection of the house was rushed and uninformative and I have since found a lot of problems that require fixing. Paperwork was sent at the last minute constantly and required to be returned immediately, getting in contact with the real estate was less than desirable, leaving messages only to have them finally returned after 9pm some nights. Buying this house was not an enjoyable process at all unfortunately.

Due to other commitments we left our property in Ben's hands to sell whilst we relocated interstate. I found Ben and his team to be dedicated, honest & reliable and felt that the company acted in my best interests through the whole process. We would defiantly recommend to our friends.

Selling a home is an emotional experience and I was quite apprehensive based on previous experiences. From the beginning, Ben’s open and honest communication about how the market was going in Mackay was refreshing. There was no sales dribble and soon to be broken promises, just the truth. The process was straight forward and not delayed getting to market. Updates on how the sales process was going was continuous. I never had to phone and ask for an update or feedback. Ben delivered a sale in a timeframe I could only have dreamed of. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Ben and everyone at Explore Property when selling a home.
