Very Professional
Luke Barnes was our agent for sale of our residential property in Mackay. He made the process very easy for us. He is friendly and very professional in that he explained everything very clearly to us throughout the process. What we particularly liked was that he kept us informed every step of the way. He always contacted us promptly with reports on results from our open homes and we never had to chase for information. We would highly recommend Luke for anyone wanting an agent who knows his job and performs accordingly.

Up front an honest

Sale of Property at 20 Digby Street.
Although not quite achieving the price I had hoped for, I found Luke to be very professional in his approach. He was both fair and honest to the buyer and myself as the seller. He was outstanding in keeping me informed and very diligent in following up any and all interest. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Even after a contract was signed he diligently followed through so that the sale could be completed. Overall I was very happy with the result and the time frame it occurred in.

Luke Barnes was great to work with his knowledge of the market was second to none
Right from the very start of the open house Luke walked me through the property explained the process of submitting a price then went in to bat for me with the offer I submitted, Luke kept in the loop all the way with every meeting he had with the seller of the property through emails and phone conversations relating to the sale of the property, I found Lukes to be great to work with and would have no hesitation in recommending him if you were looking at buying or selling property.
