Trevor provided an excellent service during the process of selling our house. He is a Mackay local with 30 years experience in real estate sales in the Mackay area. From the first appraisal meeting to the signing of the contract Trevor was professional and respectful, always replying to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. He was very helpful regarding advice to prepare the property for sale and provided excellent marketing and sales advice that resulted in a contract after the first open house. Trevor is handy with a camera as you will see from the excellent photos used for marketing. Trevor and his lovely wife Jadapa attended all open houses and they make an excellent team using their excellent communication skills to welcome potential buyers into the home.
