I personally can not fault 1 thing about Luke and his campaign. He is a consummate professional, a gentleman and obviously know his stuff. Due to geography I unfortunately never had the pleasure of meeting Luke personally but at no point did I feel like he wasn't interested in doing the very best he could for us, nor did I have any doubt he understood what we needed. Also a very patient person when first time sellers like me have lots of questions. It was a great pleasure working with Luke and I am pleased he took care of our campaign so wonderfully. I put my unit in Nic hands to sell and Nic went out of her way with every buy to come and see my unit at open inspection we had,and after the all was finish with the inspection she fellow up to see if they where still look at my unit. At the end of the unit was sold because Nic Tate went out of her way. I would buy or sell a house in her hands again.
