I could not fault the team at Explore Property. Ben and his team were very professional, honest and dedicated. They kept us up to date and well informed from the moment the property was listed for sale. Ben negotiated to get the best possible price and sold our house after just 2 days on the market!! I would highly recommend Ben and his team to anyone who is considering selling.

We recently engaged Explore Property to sell our property. Ben Chick and his staff handled every detail diligently and stepped us through each stage of the process in a very professional manner. All calls were returned promptly and if he was not available one of his staff attended to the matter. The explore property team and Ben Chick have a great understanding of their markets and we highly recommend their services to any person wishing to sell their property. Thanks Ben and your team at explore property

Ben is probably the most professional Agent I have dealt with, and I think this shows with his Agency team members as well. From the time of the first call to him to view our new house (during the Easter break), nothing was ever too much trouble to ask and for him to deal with. A thoroughly professional Agent for both sellers and buyers to deal with. Our thanks to both Ron Palmer for selling our acreage in a difficult market and to Ben for our purchase at Rural View. Both Agents know the market well and a pleasure to deal with. Steven and Renee Pedersen

Once again we would like to thank Ben Chick and explore for all that they have done.

Nic has gone above and beyond on our behalf - both in the purchase and sale of our property. She accomplished exactly what we asked for and actually felt like a member of our family; truly relating to our experience every step of the way. Nic is genuine and loyal; a worthyrepresentative in every aspect.

Trevor was helpful, enthusiastic, and his marketing strategy was excellent. He was always contactable throughout the selling process and gave helpful advice for presentation of the property. We were very happy with the price and the speed of the sale. This was the second property Trevor has sold for us, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone thinking of selling their house.
