Trevor Camilleri was beyond outstanding to us during the purchase of our 1st home... He made contact with us every single day with house/contract updates, he made sure we were comfortable and confident during the entire purchasing process and much much more! But where Trevor stands out from the others is after settlement once we moved into our home, he came over for a visit with his beautiful fiancé, he bought gifts and he helped us fix our pool, taught us how to use the pool pump and paid to have our lawns mowed! Honesty what an absolute gentleman and someone I consider a close friend. We will only be returning to you Trevor! Thank you so much for everything! Kristan and Sarah Barba

Ben answered all of our questions & if he didn't know straight away, made sure to come back to us. Very easy to deal with yet professional.

Ben is a very professional and organised agent. He knows the Mackay market intimately and has contacts with the right buyers. We followed his instructions implicitly although we were very sceptical. He organised for professional staging of the property and persuaded us to sell by auction. The house sold at auction after only a 3 intensive week campaign for above the reserve price. Needless to say we were delighted by the result and his performance.

Right from the outset of looking at a new property Trevor was easy to deal with, he went the extra mile every time to help me out; even going as far to mow the lawn before handing over the keys. He got me the best deal possible and was always easy to contact, willing to hel with any question no matter how small or big.

We chose Ben to list our property in West Mackay after consulting with several agents regarding the sale. Ben gave us very good advice about the best way to market the property. This resulted in a sale within a week of listing the property. We were kept up to date with all inspections and negotiations during the sale process. We were more than happy with the outcome. The entire process was fast and efficient. Ben is a no nonsense agent who will not waste your time. We recommend Ben to anyone considering selling or buying property in the Mackay area.

Our history with Real Estate agents has been less than sparkling. We were therefore pleasantly surprised by the level of personal attention paid by Ben throughout what can be a very trying and stressful time. He remained positive, and maintained a good level of communication during the total process. He dealt with the inevitable issues quickly and decisively, and in the end justified our decision to retain him for this important job.

I found Ben to be excellent compared to other agents we dealt with during our search. Others consistently failed to follow up or meet commitments given, Ben was always prompt and straight forward to seal with. Substance and integrity beats bullshit every time Thanks

In a tough market, Luke was able to secure a sale for my property using creative marketing and fresh ideas. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell property in the area.
