We found Trevor to be very helpful in every aspect of selling our house, especially his knowledge on what our house was worth and how to market our house to get the best results. Nothing was too much trouble and was eager to help you in any way possible.

I had a really great expirence dealing wif Luke. I didn't really no what I wanted but I described what I would like and he showed me to a nice low matence house that I could make a home. I would recommend Luke Barnes to anyone that is looking to buy a home and I thank him for keeping me in the loop about the sale and the progress.

Once again thank you Trevor for another quick sale. Selling a property while living in a different state is not easy but you've made it a breeze. I couldn't have done it without you. Kind regards Jayne Major🙂

I know some people think it's hard and a bit draining to buy a new home but Luke made it easy. We met at a different open house but when we went to look through the one we eventually bought, Luke remembered our names and what we were looking for. He made the whole process seamless and we will be using Luke to sell our home when the time comes in the future. We couldn't recommend him highly enough!

As soon as Luke contacted me regarding my property, I knew he was a person who knew the market and knew the value of the sale for that particular time in the Market. All costs were advised up front and all advertising was very professional. He always kept me up to date on all open houses and the responses given. I would use Luke again should I ever need to purchase or sell property.
