Ben and his team were brilliant. Right from my initial phone call all the way through to settlement Ben and his team were responsive, helpful and had excellent market knowledge. We chose Ben after seeing that he was highly rated on RateMyAgent. Before engaging Ben as our agent we used 2 different agencies which wasted over 6 months of our time without any offers. Within a few weeks of engaging Ben we had received offers and the house was sold. His results speak for themselves. If I was selling my house again would I engage Ben as the real estate agent? The answer is definitely YES. Thanks Ben.

I contacted Ben 6 months ago and outlined the type of property I wanted to buy & price range - including the surburb I liked, number of bedrooms, need for a yard etc. Unlike other agents that have tried to sell me other properties that didn't tick all the items on my list, Ben listened to what I wanted and didn't waste my time and only contacted me when he found the right property. He only showed me one property and it was perfect. Ben touched base with me during the 6 months I looked for a property to make sure I was still looking and gave me feedback on the market. Ben and his team were very approachable and professional during the purchase process and made everything simple and without any stress. I would highly recommend Ben as an agent.

Ben and Team Dalene and myself would like to thank you for the recent sale of our property. Your evaluation of the market and the honest feedback on what $ amount we should place our property on the market was done professionally and with sensitivity that took our feelings into consideration. You did not create undue expectations on the sale of the house. Great was our surprise when we had an offer on the table within days and sold our house. Your guidance and reading of the market was exceptional, especially taking in consideration that we see similar houses to ours still on the market but not selling with prices sometimes below our price. We thank you and your team again for the professional way you assisted and handled the sale. We would be more than happy to refer people to your company. Regards Leon and Dalene P.S I Still need to show you how to catch that big Spanish on jigs one of these days.

Ben was extremely helpful with every aspect of our sale from marketing to the completion of sale, there was noting too difficult and no question he couldn't answer for us which made the whole experience a stress free one.

We recently purchased a property at the Northern Beaches. In initial looking stages two agencies stood out - one of which was Ben/Explore. Once we had determined which property we were proceeding forward with dealing with Ben & his team was a pleasure - dealings were professional & the Explore team did what they said they would do when they said they were going to do it.

I highly recommend selling your property with Ben Chick at Explore Property, from start to finish the communication between seller and agent was always clear, open and constant. With the housing market at a low, Ben was able to sell our property for a great reasonable price within a short time frame. The advertising and open homes were also of high standard. I will be using Ben again to sell our next property and will be recommending him and his friendly and professional team to family and friends. Top job Ben, thank you.
