Shontai has been great.
We have really enjoyed having Shontai as our agent. She is very quick to respond to any concerns we have and arranged the handy man to come and fix our door very quickly. I am very impressed with her work ethic and willingness to help us out. We are feeling very settled in the new place and having Shontai in our corner has helped make the process even better.

Excellent Service from Fall
We also couldn't be happier with Fall's property management team. They seem to have great relationships with tenants and landlords alike. They are organised and respectful. Communication is excellent as is attention to any repairs and maintenance needed.

Prompt and Professional service

Fall Realestate have been ok but recently exceptional.
I would just like to say how reasonable Fall staff have been looking after my property, over the past few years, and have been exceptional recently with Caitlin and Zoey. By providing Routine Inspection Report and follow-up on any repairs that need to be done. The communication has been ok, but recently has been brilliant. I would recommend Fall Realestate.

Listing process was quick and easy
