I have been dealing with Fall Real Estate in general for 15 years, the last 2 with Fall Real Estate, Howrah. Ngaio has been our rental manager the entire time and has been nothing but helpful, obliging and efficient. We unfortunately had to break our lease but the house was leased within a week of us vacating. Communication was always thorough and always prompt with her replies.
