We have been using Bec and Aimee from Fall Real Estate as our rental agents for some years now and when we recently had another property ready for lease we had no hesitation in calling on them to manage that. They are very thorough in selecting tenants and ongoing management is top class. We are kept well informed and matters are dealt with promptly.

It's rare these days to find people willing to break out of their paradigms to give good old fashioned customer service. We found both Bec Clark and Aimee Smith, willing to do this and more. When looking for a rental we engaged Fall's Real Estate as the current environment made it virtually impossible to find a decent rental. We quickly gained a good rapport with both and they found us our current rental property. We have had a number of house inspections which were non intrusive and we were informed well in advance. We truly believe they have both the Landlord and tenants interest at hand. We would fully recommend Fall Real Estate to anyone looking for rental accommodation and at the same time congratulate both Bec and Aimee for taking a lot of our stresses away.

My property managers are outstanding. They are always prompt on their service and have been such a pleasure to deal with. For my first experience in dealing with rental property through and agency I couldn't have asked for a better agency.

I have started renting out my first property with Fall, after considering for a while whether to use an agent or do it privately. I spoke with Bec CLARK who was friendly, polite and knowledgeable, and made the process so easy and I am continually glad that I made the decision to get her to manage my property. She has addressed any issues that have arisen quickly and with minimal impost on me, and I couldn't thank her or rate her highly enough. Thank you.

Bec and Aimee have been very helpful so far. Plus responsive. They have helped us with some additional tasks after we moved to Queensland, which we could not complete due to being out of the state.
