I have been working with PeakCentral for several years as my property managers for a couple of my properties. The tenant wanted to break lease and it seemed like a good opportunity to sell the property. Working with Michelle and Richard was easy and completed over phone text or email. I was more than happy to complete to sale in this manor. Richard gave me an update after each home open (only 2 required after first accepted offer fell through) and kept me up to date every step of the way. Michelle was also great in keeping me informed. Happy with the result.

An extremely supportive Agent, with promptly replies to all inquiries completed in a sensible down to earth way. The sale may have been to prompt and quick, selling on the first home open, where better negations and help from the agent may have resulted in a higher sales price.
