Richard and his team had been managing my unit since 2015 and it has been a wonderful and very positive relationship throughout. I live overseas so it is naturally very difficult to handle matters myself but Peak Central has made it a seamless process with their integrated portal and customer management systems. I have had no worries due to a very responsive and immediate attention to every detail. The unit is now sold by them as well, higher than advertised price! I was also able to contact them after hours to make the sale go through without any hiccups. Highly recommended agency for anything from rent / sale.
