NGU were so helpful when we were faced with having to enter the rental market for the first time in many years. Even before we were approved for the house, I rang to speak to someone and was given such helpful advice and Cassandra was just lovely. At viewing, Cassandra was polite, friendly and genuinely happy for us to be viewing and securing the home. From initial contact, to the inspection, the application and the approval process, NGU has been incredible. As a community worker, I recently had the opportunity to collaborate with NGU Real Estate in both Ipswich and Brassall.
