Previous tenants lease ended, they recommended to raise the rent by $100.Had to trust them, cause they know better. Previous tenant refused to pay money they owe as rent, the agent called me during their virtual meeting between RTA and previous tenant.The agent explained that we can take the previous tenant to Court, that the agent will go to court on my behalf , and I will have to pay them for their time in court.I asked the agent questions about this matter and also made a suggestion for the previous tenant to pay only half the money owed.A few minutes later, a got the call from the agent again to say she had put forward my suggestion and the previous tenant agreed.This excellent communication avoided a stressful situation for me.

Went on a brief hoilday around Queensland after i finished up working in nursing & i packed up and hit the road, as we know we've had the pandemic and the housing sale boom and the post covid rental crisis, it can be a bit of pickle trying to move and settle.
