We highly recommend Steve Athanates from NGU Real Estate. We found Steve to be very easy to get along with and definitely knows his stuff!... Obviously comes from experience. Steve and his team came up with fantastic advertising and video, which nearly had me not wanting to sell our beautiful home but I didn't have much of a chance to think about it as it had a contract 3 days after listing! We also sold for a record price in our area. We could not have asked for a more stress free sale. So have no hesitation.. Pick Steve, he sells houses :)

Steve was fantastic to deal with. He was very open, honest and professional at all times but most off all he cared. I have bought and sold several homes over the years and in all honesty the process involved in selling our home went so smoothly and hassle free and Steve was a the main reason for this. I was only contacted by Steve after he had negotiated with the buyer. At no time for the hole sale period did anyone contact me to inform me of how things are going 😬. But then I get a call not to say someone interested, But to say he’s been negotiating the price and he felt he had pushed them pretty hard. I instructed him to ask for $5000 more and they agreed 😊. How hard did he really push them 🤔I don’t know because I don’t know how long he was negotiating with them because he didn’t make the time to call me 😔. It’s like this stupid technology based questions I’m doing now 😬. I’ve declined it probably 6 times 😡. Why can’t Steven make time to ring the people that pays the Commission to him 😬.
