From the day of listing, to the day of sale, Steve was very professional. Always gave plenty of notice if he was bringing buyers to inspect the property. We can not fault him or Sue, whom we also had dealings with. The office staff were always courteous and helpful when we phoned. We would definitely use this company again if we needed to sell a property.

Steve was quick to get in touch when I looked up for a real estate agent local to where my investment property was. From the start he organised access to the property with the tenant, inspections and communicated regularly, but not so much it was annoying and not too infrequently that I was forced to call him. He and his team have taken care of the details for the sale and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Thankyou!

We have found Steve to be both professional and hard working to get our property sold. When the first contract failed due to finance Steve wasted no time and negotiated another contract within 24 hours which was $10k more than the first contract. We appreciate that 21 Donald Place was a difficult house to sell given a few negatives with regards to the position of the house being on the low side of the street and the lack of rear yard access and to a lessor extent the kitchen being a bit on the small side. Steve ran quite a few open houses on the weekends and gave us plenty of exposure that way. We appreciate that Steve is a very busy person but he always found the time to take my call or if he was to busy to take the call he always rang me back. Overall Steve has done a sterling job to get our house sold and worked very hard to get a contract for us. Job well done Steve. Regards Alan & Jean Bate.
