Steve sold our investment property with virtually no involvement from us as we live interstate. Steve received the property from DHA as it came out of lease and we didn't want to travel. Steve made sure the property was handed back in A1 condition and had it on the market and sold within about a week - obtaining a great price for us. Communication was excellent in addition to absolute quality customer service.. Would not hesitate to give Steve and his team the highest recommendation.

Have sold properties in the past, but never previously with this agent. Wouldn't hesitate in the future. Steve was honest enough to tell me exactly how I needed to improve my property prior to listing when other potential agents just wanted the listing regardless of condition. All suggestions were proven to be right, which led to high numbers on the open days and ultimately a sale at the right price. Steve was particularly good at communicating the progress whenever someone inspected the property and during the actual negotiations that led to the sale. A stress free experience.
