I am very pleased with the speed with which this flat was let. I have often found there is difficulty in letting units, and have frequently had to reduce the rent in order to attract a tenant. As there has been a fair bit of publicity about flats being hard to let in many areas of Sydney because of the pandemic, I certainly did not expect it to be let so speedily. I am generally very happy with the way in which Youla Davies has managed my block and the tenants in it.
