He is professional, reliable, a good listener, communicates well, and advertises the house very well

My experience with him has been very positive. He is a good listener and communicates clearly and respectfully. Whenever I contact him, he takes the time to listen to my concerns and always makes an effort to return my calls. He is also very professional in the way he advertises the house, making sure it is presented well and reaches potential tenants. Exceptional

I’ve been working with Michael over the past year and it’s clear to say that his work ethic is second to none. I’ve recently had my tenants leave my property and they left a complete mess + damages. Michael was right onto this, walking me through everything I needed to sign /authorise. He took care of the rest and he managed to get a new tenant into the property (all damages repaired) within a 3 week period. I used to have a certain perception on people who work for realestate agencies (based on previous experiences), that’s now all in the past. Thank you for your hard work Michael
