Trustworthy, results driven and genuinely cares about every property and client

I have worked with Muhammad Sarmini and the LJ Hooker Belmore team across multiple transactions, including buying, selling and ongoing management of my properties, and they have been exceptional from start to finish. Muhammad is the kind of agent you want on your side. He is honest, highly knowledgeable about the local market and always prepared with a clear plan, not just generic advice. Communication has been first class. Phone calls are returned, emails are answered promptly and I am always kept informed, whether it is feedback from open homes, offers coming in or updates on my rental properties. great communicator, is responsive to questions and requests, professional, genuine and approachable

We had a great experience working with Michael from LJ Hooker Belmore for the time we inspected the rental property to the time we moved in, and still up to now 3wks after moving in. He is a great communicator, is responsive to questions and requests and really genuine and approachable. As a couple renting together for the first time, this is really important to us and has made us feel supported and valued as tenants.
