Belinda counts the friendships she developed with many of her clients, her colleagues and the lessons they all taught her as a career highlight. “I love meeting new people. I love having the ability to help people find a new home or find a great tenant for an owners’ investment property and building long term relationship with all my clients. With close to a decade of experience and with extensive knowledge of tenancy law, Amy is well equipped to handle all property management needs. Hard working and conscientious, Amy prides herself on the level of care and attention that she brings to her job. With a degree in Business Management and English, Amy demonstrates a clear understanding of her clients’ needs, complemented by her proficiency in both Chinese and English. Presented with a broad variety of situations throughout her career, Amy has strong problem solving and mediation skills, resolving any issues with confidence. Organisational and time management skills are integral to success in property management and Amy is certainly an asset for possessing both. Since joining the firm in 1999, Andrew has overseen the growth of the department’s rent roll from 80 to over 2250 properties, and an increase in team members from two to thirty-eight.
