The property was bought off-the-plan, during construction, Fletchers provided me with advance info such as: schedule of fees, leasing standards, typical rent nearby, tenancy entry condition report sample, landlord insurance info, etc. Communications were through emails, Zoom calls, phone. Responsive time on enquiries has been very fast. Contract signing with Fletcher was paperless. A Portfolio/ Property Manager (Morgan Sinni) was assigned after my property settlement and handover. Fletchers swiftly aligned professional photos, VR tour, ads on various real estate platforms. I compared ads for leased properties in the same development, Fletchers' is more appealing and informative. Maintenance orders and potential tenants' rental offers (Review/ approve/ decline) are all paperless. PM, Morgan is professional and proactive in keeping matters/ progress transparent. Frequent email communications and daily phone calls were engaged.
