Jeremy was sensational to work with - no question too vague, or concern too silly. He answered all our questions and gave us excellent advice and suggestions in preparing the property for sale. I received a call after the Open for Inspections each week to update me on how things were going, and Jeremy patiently took me through the auction process, and all the possible scenarios and responses that could emerge. He not only knows how to do his job extremely well, but Jeremy instills in his clients a sense of confidence and reassurance that we were working with someone who knew exactly how to manage the campaign and auction, was honest and would listen to us and understand. A real estate friend described him as a "straight shooter" - and that was something we really appreciated as we went through this process. He was very approachable and nothing was too much trouble - ever! To say we were delighted with the outcome of the auction is an understatement. I felt very comfortable working with Jeremy, and would have no hesitation in recommending him to other family and friends - in fact, I already have !
