Jeremy clearly knows the market well. He did a great job on Auction day despite a lack of quality bidders and managed the negotiations after the Auction with confidence and skill seeking to meet all needs in a short time frame. He was friendly, courteous and professional.

Spring was always friendly, very co-operative, timely and with good attention to detail. She was a great resource for us as we struggled a little to sell in a dropping market. We always felt she had our back and was working to get the best price possible....and she did.

Jeremy and Spring always provided honest assessments of our property and the market. The house proved more difficult to sell in the current market but they persisted and eventually found a buyer who paid a fair price. Polite and friendly they were a pleasure to deal with.

My wife and I recently engaged Jason to help with the sale of our home, and found him to be very knowledgeable about the market, organised about how to approach the sale and communicative throughout the process. Jason asked questions about our circumstances, listened to our inputs and provided good recommendations to work from. He and his team were thorough in their preparation and support, made things easy for us by coordinating a number of activities, and kept in frequent contact along the way to update us on feedback and clarify things. The lead up to the auction, and the day itself, was thorough and Jason and his team were well prepared and organised, helping get to an excellent result. We would gladly recommend Jason as an experienced and professional real estate agent and auctioneer.

Prior to advertising period Mark gave me excellent advice in sourcing sales makeover assistance and styling. During the selling period he kept in touch with updates and I felt I could trust his expertise and sense of the market. I happily sold before auction on his advice and that proved to be sound in the current market. Friendly, approachable, trustworthy, informed, skilled- I highly recommend Mark. A potentially stressful activity made smooth at my end.

Andrew achieved a remarkable result in the selling of our family home. His knowledge of the area was spot on and kept us informed though out our campaign. He was fully invested and definitely ‘ worked his magic’ at the most critical time of negotiating. Could not recommend a better agent to sell your home.

Spring is professional, responsive and a good communicator. She answered all our questions tirelessly. She knows how to close a deal, even if that means she had to work with us at 11pm! Thank you Spring, it’s been a pleasure buying a house from you.
