Spring and her team were very professional, and the communication process went smoothly throughout. In the end, I was quite satisfied with the successful sale of the house. Thank you to the entire team for their hard work. There are two areas that could be improved: I hope to be notified earlier to find a lawyer to prepare the contract. At some key milestones and steps, communicate with the client in a timely manner and get their approval. For example, during the staging phase, I expected to be able to preview the results first before photos were taken.
