I went to check an Auction last year and the property had sold before but Ben was outside and I gave him my name and our address. We received a lovely card in our letterbox that day and then I rang and Rob, you came to our house. We were not ready to sell then which was September but we were very impressed with you and Fletchers. We decided to sell in March and you knew what you were doing.
