Rob Has been of tremendous assistance. Listening to what I wanted, working hard to achieve exactly what I was looking for, without directing me to prpperties which wouldn't meet my requirements. Always prompt with information, and returns call promptly. Can't speak highly enough of him Michele

We are very happy with the service we received from Ben and his team. Ben listened carefully to our requirements and tailored the sales campaign to our needs. Ben and his team organized styling, preparation, furnishing and gardening as well as marketing the property. Ben was always available to answer our questions and generally did a great job of keeping us informed about progress. We were amazed at the level of interest that Ben generated in our property and were very happy with the way he ran the auction and with the price achieved. Thanks Ben !

Hi. It was such pleasure to deal with Ben and would warmly recommend him any time. As we had to go overseas just a few days after our block of land was sold it could have been good to get an email after the 3 days cooling off period confirming that the deposit had been made.

Courteous and professional. The terrible weather didn't deter a very determined and well run auction by Ben and his team.

Rob gained our confidence in him from our very first meeting. He was open and honest and gave us the advice we needed while also listening to and heeding our wishes. Come auction day he worked and worked to get us the absolute best result possible which by far exceeded our expectations. We are so appreciative of Rob and the rest of the Blackburn Fletchers team. Their efforts have succeeded in shaping a wonderful future for our family.
