I have used a few real estate agents over the years and Michelle is definately the best that I have encountered. Michelle has a friendly and open disposition, is easy to communicate with and is definately customer focussed (for the entire process not just the until you sign process!). During the initial 'choosing a real estate agent 'phase, Michelle was well prepared and clearly had put some work in prior to our initial meeting. Her organisation was one of the factors in choosing her and it set her apart from the other agencies I contacted. Her views on potential interest and timeframes proved to be accurate. Over the next few weeks she displayed an eagernesss to sell and communicated well with both myself and my tenant. She also useful advice to the tenant and myself, to prepare the apartment to make it more appealing and sellable. The property was sold a few days prior to auction and I recieved the price I wanted (which was in the estimated price Michelle and I discussed at the start) Overall very happy with the speedy outcome and Michelle's professionalism
