Fantastic as he attended to everything including getting painters, carpet and window cleaners, stylist, gardener and cleaner who were all very well priced and great quality. He also kept me informed at every stage and went above and beyond my expectations. The auction was also a very long and drawn out affair but he kept it going using wit and knowledge to ensure a great outcome.

We sold our property in Blackburn South by Auction. Ben from Fletchers real estate, was great, he did an exceptionally good job at selling our property. He attended and looked after all the open days and he personally did the successfully auction of our property. The Auction was very professionally conducted and Ben had a good number of buyers engaged in the auction process. I would highly recommend Ben Williams if you were thinking of putting your property on the market.

Ben Williams is the rare realestate agent to find. He, definitely, is different from other agents who play tricks and have a fake manners. I have been knowing him 4 years since I bought my first home through his guidance and recently sold it through his marvelous advice and auction skill. Also, he is a great leader of his amazing team. I guarantee that things can’t go wrong if you go with him to sell or buy realestate!!!
