Jee Chin auctioned our property recently and achieved an excellent result for us. We, of course, were indoors during the auction, but our two adult sons were observers. They were very impressed by Jee's expert and charismatic management of the proceedings, as well as his flair for selling and his enthusiasm. We do appreciate very much Jee's wonderful effort and his great success!

The sale of our house was a really stress free process and everything went according to plan. Ben and the Fletchers team were very organised and Ben was always very responsive to emails, phone calls and questions in general. He provided very direct and honest information and that helped when we needed to make decisions. We felt very informed throughout the sale process. Thanks Ben!!

We interviewed 4 agents prior to choosing Rob, they all had strong points but Rob's feel for the market, contingency plans and adaptability within his strategy stood out. Credit to his team with Jeanne Sheahan managing appointments and paperwork efficiently from start to finish, Michael Gurry providing great assistance in the lead up and on auction day and finally landscape gardener Gary White providing our mother with great support to have our great property looking at its very best! Rob's genuine nature was reassuring to us throughout the process and no doubt built up strong rapport with buyers also. It was also clear that Rob's skill on auction day was integral to achieving a fantastic result.

I cannot recommend Robert Sheahan of Fletchers of Blackburn highly enough. He and his team are awesome. They really are there to help the seller and buyer to achieve the best outcome for everyone. Their advice even before signing with them was invaluable.

Michelle was the support agent on our team. She bought terrific communications skills to the table; particularly with the Asian community of potential buyers. Michelle is diligent and professional. She is warm and friendly to all. We have no hesitation in recommending Michelle and wish her ongoing success.

Ben is measured and consistent. With clearly a great knowledge of the market, he kept us informed and comfortable. While we were not entirely confident of the outcome given the market, we were 100% confident that Ben was doing what he had to do to attract potential buyers. We felt there was no stone left unturned. In the end, we achieved a result above our expectations and we are really grateful to Ben for his expertise. We have already recommended Ben to another vendor and would do so again with absolute confidence that he will have their best interests at heart.

Selling a house with a young family in the middle of a pandemic came with its challenges and Ben was a experienced, calm and consistent advisor through the sale. He helped guide us through the process and provided good feedback during the sale process. I would recommend Ben to other buyers looking for an advisor who you can trust.
