Selling a house can be a challenging process at the best of times, let alone during Covid! Working with Mark on the initial listing he suggested that he partner with Tim Heavyside to get the best coverage of the buyers we were after. This team work meant that although we didn't have heaps of buyers through our house, the ones that came received the attention they required and could be well qualified. On auction day the broader Fletchers team brought together a number of interested parties and worked like a real team should. With current covid situations marketing highlights description plays vital information in that environment advertise wrong and then auction contract signs. mentioned stone benchs in description but really they are laminated ones. I am really nervous with this and not happy to accept compensation.
