We purchased and property auctioned by Ben and we then used Ben as our agent to sell our existing home. Both auctions were a success. Ben has the right mix of friendly interpersonal skills, market knowledge and commitment to getting the best result. With Ben as our agent we felt well looked after, and in very capable hands.

Ben's knowledge of the area is excellent, and I found him to be insightful, courteous and professional. He was always prompt to answer any queries, and put himself out to accommodate with inspections during this difficult time. He achieved an excellent result, and we would recommend Ben as a reliable and easy to deal with estate agent.

Very happy with Ben and his thorough knowledge of the area. No outlandish promises, just an honest appraisal. Kept us informed throughout the whole process. Communication is key. No hesitation in recommending Ben at all.

The result we had from the sale of our house was outstanding and just went to show what an amazing job Ben had done, throughout the campaign. From the outset Ben was so professional and hard working to get the right people to view the property; which resulted in a successful sale on the day! We would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking to sell their home.

Ian was a great auctioneer. He took his time and made sure everyone was taking part. He made our purchase seamless. He gave plenty of opportunities for other bids and kept us engaged from the beginning of the online auction. Thank you Ian.
